It is my pleasure to serve the families in Northern Utah and Southern Idaho as a birth doula, during some of your most important moments. I believe you deserve to have the birth of your dreams. It is my goal to give you the resources and support you need to start this new journey in life feeling empowered.
This new chapter in your life does not begin and end in the delivery room. I offer my services during all stages of pregnancy, labor and postpartum so you and your baby can have the Ever After you dream about.
Basic Doula Services include:
- 1 Free initial consultation
- 2 – 1 hour long prenatal visits
- 24/7 availability through text and call
- 12 hours of labor support
- 2 postpartum visits

I am happy to support labors at home, birth centers and hospitals.
Unfortunately, there are times things do not go according to plan. If you are experiencing a pregnancy loss or early infant loss I respectfully offer my services as a Bereavement Doula. All bereavement services are offered free of charge.
About your Doula
I am a trained and certified through Still Birth Day and ProDoula. I am a mother of 8. Each of my children have entered our family in a very unique manner, each has a story, and each has drastically shaped my point of view helping me realize that there is not just one “right” way of giving birth. Instead birth is an extremely personal, fluid situation and every person has the right to determine what their “right” birth looks like. I believe that above all, a mother and family should leave this time feeling strong, empowered, and in charge of the choices that happened. I have found my calling in supporting families grow and am constantly overwhelmed by the beauty of birth.
As a Doula I can not offer any medical services but I am here as an extra source of strength and support. I am happy to listen, encourage, offer unbiased information, help you have a more comfortable labor, be an advocate and so much more. I became a doula to help women find their inner strength and use their voice during their pregnancy and labor journey so they can look back at this time with joy for Ever After.
